📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain HRSS systems, including SAP HR, Workday, and other related tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRSS applications.
• Process and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with HR business partners to resolve HRSS-related issues and implement improvements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HRSS processes and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and availability.
• Provide training and support to HRSS users.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HRSS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HRSS administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HRSS tools such as SAP HR, Workday, and other related software.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
