📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Utilize construction management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore to plan and monitor projects.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record in construction project management.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
