📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
• Write compelling copy for blog posts, social media captions, and email campaigns that align with our brand voice and values.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement content calendars and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
• Analyze the performance of our content and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets our accessibility standards.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
