📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Handle visa and work permit applications, renewals, and updates for foreign workers.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor contracts, including termination and separation processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to foreign workers.
• Provide guidance and support to foreign workers on their integration into the company and the local culture.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of foreign workers' records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to foreign workers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a role specializing in foreign workers.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including those related to foreign workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with foreign workers and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software tools.
