📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field verifications to confirm the accuracy of loan applications and property details.
• Use GPS and mapping tools to locate and document properties.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and BFI's policies.
• Collaborate with loan officers and customers to build trust and confidence in our services.
• Document and report findings to support loan approval decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field verifications.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on field verification procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in field verification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field verification or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and property laws in Bojonegoro and East Java.
• Proficiency in using GPS and mapping tools such as Google Maps or Garmin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Surveying, Geography, or related disciplines).
• Certification in field verification or a related field is a plus.
