📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit clients to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Document all collections activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the collections team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of delinquent accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and provide regular updates to the collections team.
- Adhere to Bank Saqu's policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Report to the collections manager on a regular basis.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in collections or customer service is a plus.
