📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide a variety of spa treatments, including Balinese massages, facials, body wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on guests' specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain and clean spa equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for each treatment.
• Assist in preparing and using natural ingredients for spa treatments.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel relaxed and well-cared for.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in the wellness industry.
• Certification in spa therapy or a related field (e.g., Balinese massage, Thai massage, or medical massage).
• Proficiency in using premium spa equipment such as massage tables, hydrotherapy machines, and facial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of natural ingredients and their benefits for skin and body.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with the principles of holistic wellness and a passion for natural and organic treatments.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
