As an IT Asset Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to manage and optimize their IT assets and vendor relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring that all IT assets are properly managed, tracked, and disposed of in accordance with industry best practices and company policies. You will also be responsible for negotiating and managing vendor contracts, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible value for their IT investments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement IT asset and vendor management strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage and optimize IT asset lifecycles, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure that our clients receive the best possible value for their IT investments.
• Monitor and report on IT asset and vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on IT asset and vendor management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our clients remain competitive in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT asset and vendor management strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT asset and vendor management, with a strong background in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
• Proven experience with IT asset management software such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or IBM Maximo.
• Strong understanding of IT asset and vendor management best practices, including ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
