As an Electronics Technician at Datascrip, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of IT hardware issues. You'll use industry-standard tools and software, including Dell OpenManage, HP iLO, Lenovo XClarity, and Cisco Prime Infrastructure, to monitor and maintain our equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in keeping our systems running smoothly, and you'll have the chance to work with the latest technologies in a supportive and collaborative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on notebooks, desktops, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on IT hardware.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure using tools like Dell OpenManage, HP iLO, Lenovo XClarity, and Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of our systems.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, including notebooks, desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as Dell OpenManage, HP iLO, Lenovo XClarity, and Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
• Certifications in IT hardware repair or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali as needed.
