Our company, based in Singapore, has been a leader in the construction industry for over a decade, with a strong commitment to sustainability. We’re now expanding our operations in Bali, where we’re building some of the most innovative and eco-friendly projects in the region. In this role, you’ll work closely with our project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement sustainable practices that meet both our environmental goals and regulatory requirements.

Each day, you’ll be on-site, overseeing the implementation of our sustainability plans, conducting site audits, and providing training to our team on best practices. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with local stakeholders, including government agencies and environmental organizations, to further our commitment to sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sustainable construction practices on-site, ensuring compliance with local and international environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site audits to monitor and improve sustainability performance.
• Provide training and guidance to the construction team on best practices for waste management, water conservation, and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate sustainable design principles into our projects.
• Monitor and report on environmental impact, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with local stakeholders, including government agencies and environmental organizations, to further our sustainability goals.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to our sustainability policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sustainable construction, and apply this knowledge to our projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainable construction or a related field, with a focus on site implementation.
• Certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards applicable to construction projects in Bali and Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid, is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to various construction sites across Bali.
