📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and track financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial processes and controls.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Support the Finance team in financial planning and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experience with financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
