📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain and update training records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.
