📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Maintain a clean and organized store, including shelving, displays, and restocking.,Process customer transactions and handle cash and card payments.,Promote products and services to customers to increase sales.,Assist with store opening and closing procedures.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
