📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing staff,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain accurate records of training and development activities,Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices,Provide guidance and support to staff in handling challenging situations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent teaching and training abilities,Knowledge of healthcare and laundry services,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid teaching or training certification preferred
