PT Karya Sri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles and drivers, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.,Coordinate with the transportation department to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers as needed.,Ensure all fleet documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including vehicle inspections, accident reports, and maintenance records.,Work closely with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts for fleet vehicles and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
