📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of production staff.,Implement and monitor production schedules and targets.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure product compliance.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to meet production needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or similar roles.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Familiarity with healthcare product manufacturing is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
