📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, chefs, and kitchen helpers.,Maintain accurate food and inventory records and ensure proper storage and handling.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, including equipment and utensils.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food preparation.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines and cooking techniques.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
