📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support business decisions.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.
