Sentral Kirana Gadget is looking for a Lead Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for optimizing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. This role is based in Denpasar, Bali, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely restocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
