📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage a team of employees, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement team training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
