📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR practices accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with performance management and employee development.,Understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
