📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of production.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.,Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on production progress.,Support the production manager in achieving production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production management or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using production management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
