📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.,Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including bank reconciliations and payments.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks.,Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of financial documentation and archives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with medical billing and coding systems is a plus.
