Hotel Anggi Tea is looking for a dedicated Assistant Internal Audit to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our operations. You will work closely with the Internal Audit team to conduct audits, review financial records, and provide recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Review financial records and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies,Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes,Provide support to the Internal Audit Manager in planning and coordinating audit activities,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and recommendations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,At least 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Familiarity with internal audit frameworks and standards,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
