📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining proper documentation.,Supervise the work of accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
