📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the tea plantation, including harvesting, processing, and quality control.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and workers, fostering a productive and positive work environment.,Implement and monitor safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and improvement plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and activities.,Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to meet customer requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the tea industry or a similar field.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of tea cultivation, processing, and quality control practices.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
