Pacific International Lines is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive for our Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) team in the Logistics & Supply Chain department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the fleet, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to maximize asset lifespan and efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.,Monitor and analyze maintenance and repair costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Lead and mentor the MRO team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Collaborate with the Logistics & Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels and streamline operations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in Maintenance, Repair & Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading MRO teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
