In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students, creating engaging lesson plans, and ensuring the overall success of our educational programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and curriculum materials,Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students,Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support,Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure alignment with educational goals,Organize and facilitate study groups, workshops, and other educational events,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress,Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in the field,Participate in staff meetings and team-building activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or educator,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian (written and spoken),Valid teaching certification or relevant professional qualifications
