EMBER Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver effective training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis and assess training effectiveness.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs meet organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to training participants.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Evaluate and improve existing training programs based on feedback and performance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
