📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and profitability.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and regulations, and ensure the company's financial systems are aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the finance or accounting department.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
